Watermere at McKinney Receives Gold Nugget Award of Merit

Big news to share — Watermere at McKinney has received an Award of Merit from the Gold Nugget Awards, presented by PCBC! 🏆


The Gold Nugget Awards have recognized excellence in residential design and development for more than 60 years, celebrating some of the best projects across the country. This year, more than 800 entries were submitted, and Watermere at McKinney was selected as an honoree in the Best Service Enriched 55+ Community category.


This recognition represents the hard work and collaboration of everyone involved in the project. From thoughtful planning to creating spaces that support an active and connected lifestyle, the entire team helped bring this senior living community to life.
